1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Dwarves: Glory, Death and Loot ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use the Game for any commercial purpose
Transfer your license to any third party

3. Intellectual Property

The Game and all content, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and text, are owned by Sidekick Publishing GmbH. Development by Hamma Studios, mobile version by Ateo GmbH. All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended purposes, especially to gain unfair advantage on leaderboards
Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in a ban from online features including leaderboards.

5. Purchases and Refunds

The Game is sold through third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play). All purchases and refunds are subject to the terms and policies of the respective platform where you purchased the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HAMMA STUDIOS, SIDEKICK PUBLISHING GMBH, ATEO GMBH, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

8. Age Requirements

The Game is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
